How many times have you postponed something for later, like a workout, a class or maybe some work to be done on a project? To achieve great things, we need to learn to sacrifice. To fight procrastination, we need to fight the pleasures of our current self. It’s easier to grab a pizza and watch a movie – but how is that going to help you in long run for achieving your goal(unless your goal is to finish the last season of GOT)? Sacrificing our small pleasures for long-term goals will bear fruits, it will take time and hard work. Think about what you really want to achieve, what is really important for you today, do you really need that new I-phone?
