Yoga

EVERY DAY @ 7AM  • 30 -60 MINUTES

Yoga is being practiced for thousands of years. And its not a surprise why. Practicing yoga every morning has many benefits -It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move. It helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone!  

The researchers found that yoga outperformed aerobic exercise at improving balance, flexibility, strength, pain levels among seniors, menopausal symptoms, daily energy level, and social and occupation functioning, among other health parameters

Morning Meditation

EVERY DAY @ 8AM • 30 MINUTES

Meditation reduces stress related conditions such as anxiety and depression. Any condition that’s caused or worsened by stress can be alleviated through meditation. When we meditate, the brain and nervous system undergo radical changes that cause the reduction and prevention of these conditions.

MRI scans show that after an eight-week course of mindfulness practice, the brain’s “fight or flight” center, the amygdala, appears to shrink. This primal region of the brain, associated with fear and emotion, is involved in the initiation of the body’s response to stress.
